Hey there! I’m Jordyn, the founder of Summit Strategies and the driving force behind its launch here in the UK.

My journey in marketing didn’t start with Summit. Back in 2018, I launched and successfully ran my own marketing agency, leading and growing the business through some of the most challenging economic periods in recent history, including the COVID years. During that time, I focused on developing people, building strong teams, and delivering measurable results for clients. From 2018 to 2026, I gained invaluable experience scaling operations, integrating franchises, and creating real sales growth for businesses.

Now in 2026, I’ve opened Summit Strategies in Norwich, marking an exciting new chapter. Summit is a fresh venture built on everything I’ve learned over the past eight years — strong leadership, performance-driven marketing, and a culture centred around opportunity and growth. We’re at the beginning of something big, and our focus is clear: to expand across the UK and build a high-performing team that delivers outstanding results.

At my core, I’m passionate about empowering people. I love helping individuals step into their potential and find where they thrive. Watching people grow in confidence, skill, and leadership is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

And while I’m ambitious and driven, it’s not all serious business. I bring high energy, positivity, and plenty of laughter to the workplace. I believe you can build something exceptional while still enjoying the journey, as long as the work gets done and the standards stay high.
