The journey started in Australia, working hands-on in the construction industry as a bricklayer. That background gave us a real understanding of how trades and small businesses actually operate — long days on-site, missed calls while working, customers needing quick answers, and opportunities easily lost when no one can respond fast enough.

After moving from the tools into business and marketing, we spent the last eight years helping companies generate leads, improve their online presence, and grow through better systems.
